Spring Awakening Evening Retreat

A wonderfully balancing and energising evening retreat that marks the Spring Equinox - that moment in time of equal light and dark.
This is the perfect occasion to slough off the heaviness of Winter and celebrate the beginning of Spring and all the light and promise that it holds.
Take time for yourself to unwind and deeply relax and lean into the possibility of nurturing something new for yourself over the coming months.
During our time together we will let go of an old habit or limiting belief as we use a Cleansing and Rejuvenating ceremony to clear your path to a more positive and healthy YOU!
A blend of nurturing slow yoga mixing Yin Yoga with Somatic Movement, long hold Restorative postures and deep releasing Breath Work will prepare you mind, body, soul to GO DEEPER!
We finish with a deeply healing Yoga Nidra practice which will help you to embed your new healthy habit or positive belief.
Our evening ends with a rejuvenating drink and sweet treat.

Workshops
Beginners Yoga Workshop

If you want to learn to practice yoga or deepen your knowledge and build on your skills then this workshop is for You.
If you want to feel more confident in your yoga practice this workshop is also for You.
In just 3 hours you will learn:
* Fundamental Yoga Postures
* What is means to have good alignment in a posture
* Two breath techniques
* Why it is so important to breathe well and the benefits you experience
* Learn common yoga bandhas and Mudras used in regular yoga practice
* How to relax, not always as simple as it may sound
* Experience a simple meditation that you can repeat at home
By the end of the course you will feel confident and well informed. And if you are new to yoga you will feel ready to join a regular yoga class.

Menopause Yoga Workshop

Our journey through menopause can be turbulent and exhausting. Having tools and techniques to help manage symptoms can be really helpful.
Being in a safe space with other women where you can listen and be heard, ask questions, and pick up helpful tips can be deeply reassuring.
As our bodies move into the menopause we experience massive change as our homone levels fluctuate and drop. A simple yoga practice can give relief to many of the symptoms helping to relieve hot flushes, assist with alleviating anxiety, fatigue and brain fog,
Certain yogic breath practices are so helpful that once learned can form part of your Menopause Management Tool Kit.
All of this and more is included within this highly informative workshop. You will leave feeling better informed and with a clearer idea of the actions you might want to take to look after yourself.
