Service Description
This Hatha Yoga Flow class combines the more focussed slower aspects of a Hatha practice with the flow and grace of vinyasa practice. Designed to build strength, flexibility and focus. Learn how to connect your breath to your movement through a sequence of flowing asana (postures). We work at a gentle pace which allows time to work into each posture. Pairing the breath with your physical practice can bring a more meditative quality to your experience. A perfect class for either morning or evening, it can be enlivening, preparing you for the day ahead or when practiced later in the day it can provide a welcome release from the days stresses and strains and prepare you for a good nights sleep.
